I say that after the halving it could happen but not now in 2023 as the title says, also you have to look at the macroeconomics for all this because Bitcoin is an asset that is closely related to liquidity injections in the market because it has lived since its birth in a state of quantitative easing, which has made its increase constant, now we find ourselves in a completely different paradigm in which the economy is contracting due to high interest rates that have not yet made a dent really in the economy and the Fed has been withdrawing liquidity from the market, therefore if it will have a historical maximum in 2023 I really do not think so and it is unlikely, that it will do so in 2024 at the end or 2025 after the halving will depend on these factors.
