I would not want to be one because I am not good at selling. I can brand things and I can convince people but I have no sales pitch skills. You need to be able to sell a home to someone.

One thing about being a realtor is that you can actually serve as someone who is a go between for a client and the property owner,it does not mean that one would be a full time realtor.
Being a real estate manager is a good job to handle though it could be somewhat personal time denying. You hardly have time of your own to manage your affairs.
As for me I won't be an estate manager.
