Why Is Water Important? 5 Reasons to Drink Water

Water is one of the most abundant elements on earth, with many important uses for both plants and animals. Today we are willing to discuss some of the advantages of drinking enough water Daily. It is estimated that 60% of the body is made up of water.

Improper or inadequate fluid intake might impair and prevent the normal functioning of the body and other vital organs.
The following are ways through which water helps the body works properly.

1) It Prevents Kidney Disease

Lack or inadequate water Intake can affect the kidney in different ways. The kidney's primary function is to remove toxic elements and materials in the body, such as urea and acid. These waste products are poisonous to the body in large quantities. Too much concentration of these elements in the kidney might result in kidney stones and overall kidney damage when immediate attention is not directed to rectifying and treating the kidney stones.
Kidney stone is formed as a result of too much concentration of urea in the kidney. Proper hydration help lose the concentration of these elements leading to proper removal from the body.

When you are dehydrated, your skin lacks the needed water for its proper function. This leads to skin dryness, which further leads to changes in skin complexion density and increases the formation of wrinkles.
