Yes ,it is very important to create a environment because a environment and culture is very important and valuable for a society or a business by this we work about our environment if we want do a work in bad society than it is hard and our society not understand it.
It's ever important to create a great culture and working environment in other to avoida bad working environment , a boss must avoid threatening and sacking their employee without giving them a second chance.
 
The work in an environment is much likely to be going much faster if people know exactly what is expected of them. They are only going to know this if there is a laid down procedure of what the organisation stands for.

I just remembered an incident in a certain workplace. The boss was often fond of threatening his workers with sack everytime. It made the workers to be dislussioned with the company and most of them left.

My first job was in a family-owned bank with a family culture. I like that working condition that the management would make everything comfortable for the employees. There was a bonus during summer and another bonus for Christmas. it was a great company that I remember until now.
