Creating a conducive environment for workers is very important, as it will in improving the productivity of the organisaton. People tends to work when they have conducive working environment.

That is very true @Ralphjoe. I so much cherished conducive environment alot as an employee. When the environment in which you work in is conducive it makes your work easy and looks stress free. A conducive environment encourages personal growth for it employees.

This kind of environment will give you the motivation to work because you are comfortable at your workplace without any distraction or any disruptions in your workflow and so therefore your productivity as a worker will improve thereby increasing the company's overall productivity.
