Why does the body need sleep?

Sleep is good for the body, it hep the brain to relax, it helps the mind and the body to relax, it relaxes all the senses of the body. Sleep helps us to heal from all the troubles of the thought of our mind. We need sleep for medicines and even food to work in our body systems.
 
Sleep is essential for good health. In fact, we need sleep to survive — just like we need food and water. So, it’s no wonder we spend about one-third of our lives sleeping.

Many biological processes happen during sleep:

The brain stores new information and gets rid of toxic waste.
Nerve cells communicate and reorganize, which supports healthy brain function.
The body repairs cells, restores energy, and releases molecules like hormones and proteins.
These processes are critical for our overall health. Without them, our bodies can’t function correctly.
 
We sleep in order to re-energize and to rechatge our body after wearing it out through our daily activities, we also need sleep to help the body remain healthy and disease free and tonhave mental alertness.
 
Sleep is very important for the body. Having gone through the hustle and bustle of the day. The body deserves some rest. Even a computer system hibernate how much more the human body.
