Why does the body need sleep?

I totally agree with you that sleep is crucial for our body and mind to function properly. I used to struggle with sleep issues, but I recently got the best bed cooling system that has been a game changer for me! It's amazing how the temperature of our sleeping environment can affect the quality of our sleep. A cooler sleeping environment can actually help us fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

Sleep is an essential function that allows your body and mind to recharge, leaving your refreshed and alert when you wake up. Healthy sleep also helps the body remain healthy and stave off diseases.without enough sleep, the brain cannot function properly.

I believe that it is very obvious why the body needs to rest because too much stress for the human system is not good for your health. Whenever your body is over stressed, you are supposed to sleep so that everything is going to come back to be normal, otherwise you're going to end up breaking down.
 
Yes, my body needs good sleep every night. If I fail to sleep well in the night, my morning will be very difficult for me. I'll feel weak and dizzy throughout the day, it's why I can't sacrifice my sleep for anything.

One of the first thing that is going to happen to you for not having enough sleep always is high blood pressure. This is a very deadly health issue.
 
There are some people who can't even fall asleep, but rest is important for people, so you just need to lie down for at least 5 hours a day and not think about anything. I really like sleep because after it I feel much better than when I don't sleep for 24 hours and also my productivity is much higher after sleep than when I work non-stop
