A realtor is synonymously related to agents or middlemen. In real estates, a realtor helps in connecting the distribution chain between the buyer and the seller. Also a realtor helps evaluate the cost of a property in accordance to the real estate markets. Oftentimes, the seller hires the services of estate realtor, buyers rarely hires realtor. This has raised so much questions. Who do you should hire a realtor? Should this be a shared responsibility between the seller and the buyer? Who should pay for the realtor’s services? How much do you think should be the least a realtor gets in return for services rendered?

There are different cases on this subject in my country. If the owner hires the agent to sell a property, he hires the services of the Agent to help him get the client and therefore the payment is made by the owner.
In the event that the buyer looks for the agent to locate a property for him and he does the work, the buyer must pay for his services.
If the buyer seeks the agent and the agent already has a home available, the payment is made by the owner.
A consensus can also be reached and the payment to the agent can be made in equal parts, both to the buyer and the seller.

If you're wondering whether you need aRealtor to buy a home, the short answer is no.You might be hesitating to work with onebecause you don't want to be saddled withRealtor fees, but typically, buyers don't pay areal estate agent's commission — sellers do.

Any one who wants to buy sell or lease a property needs the services of a realtor. He or she will will make the work extremely easy for whoever wants to buy sell or lease, they also have the contacts to every other person that you’ll need in the property acquisition world for example surveyors, agents etc, they also help you avoid making mistakes that will cause you to loose money. The amount a realtor gets for their services I believe is not fixed but around #50 -#250,000 I think.

A realty agent sells the property of the owner to a buyer. The legal commission here is 3% to 5% of the gross (or the net proceeds depending on the arrangement). It is the standard here that the seller of the property will pay the commission of the agent. However, there are cases where the seller wants the "net" so the agent would have a mark up on the selling price. When the property is sold, the owner will get the agreed "net" amount and the rest goes to the agent.

Estate agent or realtor provides a bridge between the buyer and the seller. I beleive the services of agents are needed when trying to sell off a home. Since they’re experienced, they could easily find a buyer for a property. Moreover agents fee is often 10% on structures, 5% of lands

Realtors are hired by the property owner to evaluate and assist in getting buyer for the property. In terms of payment is usually the owner of the property that pays the realtor, though most times the charge of the realtor which is usually between 5%-10% of the cost of the property is added to the cost of the property.

In most cases the seller of the house is usually the one who hired the realtor and as scuh they are obligated to pay for his/her services. I don't think there is an argument over who should pay the realtor, anybody that does the hire pays.

Anyone that wants to sell property or buy a property can hire for the service of a realtor.
The genuine real estate agent has the necessary involvement in the house purchasing or selling methodology. It's difficult to remain tabs on all parts of the present real estate market. In any case, you don't had the opportunity to try attempting to get everything in the event that you employ the services of a learned and experienced realtor. The realtor will direct you through the entire cycle, making everything smooth and peaceful

A realtors is an agent that acts as a middleman between a property holder and potential clients. Now to the question that was asked, I think every property owner should hire a realtor. They are usually skilled in the act of negotiating when it comes to properties and they always protect their principals interests.

The real estate agent has the necessary experience with the home buying or selling procedure as well as the paperwork. It’s not possible to keep tabs on all aspects of the today’s Canadian real estate market. But you don’t need to bother trying to know everything if you hire the services of a knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. The agent will guide you through the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free.

It is worth noting that approximately 93 percent of home sales involve an agent to some degree. In many cases, hiring a real estate agent is absolutely in the best interests of home owners. In others, it isn't

I think the buyer should be the one to hire a realtor because the seller already know the price he wants from the property, so a buyer who is not too knowledgeable might end up paying too much for such property, so he needs the realtor to make the best decision.

Well you’re right to some extents. Realtor serves as a bridge and the intermediary between buyers and sellers. In this case where the buyer acquirethe services of a realtor, he/she will also be of use to the seller. In this case, should the seller and buyer share the expenses on the realtor?

Agents Have Professional Networks
Real estate agents are specialists at frameworks organization. They think practically everyone drew in with the path toward buying and selling a house. Many will have an overview of supported providers who they have worked with already and who they trust.

Anyone who wants to buy a house or any real estate property needs a realtor. This makes it easy to get the best of property because you will have a pool to choose from. Their commission however varies.

Well said but I still beleive this is also going to benefit the seller. In this case, I beleive the cost of expenses spent on hiring a realtor should be s shared responsibility of the buyer and seller but this isn’t the resolution in recent days. Anyone who hires the realtor pays the fees

Both buyer and seller can. It depends on who gets help from the agent. Most of the time you don't need a special agent when you want to buy a home. But when you want to sell a plot of land, you need an agent. The seller has to pay until it happens.

Home hunting can be very strenuous and it’ll be very important to hirethe services of a real estate realtor. Though the cost of hiring an estate realtor is catered for by the person who hired the estate realtor but I still This should be the shared responsibility of both seller and buy

It depends on the kind of realtor you want to hire, if you want to get an experienced, and skilled realtor you should know that you are going to spend a lot of money but if it is a low level realtor then you will not spend a lot of money i can't predict the amount they collect.
