Who pays the Utility bills?

Wow!! I guess some jurisdiction can really be that crazy. Where I come from, the tenants pay the bills the moment you become signatory to the tenancy agreement. The tenants may agree amongst themselves on how to shear the bills, but they bear the responsibility of paying the bills.
Same here the tenants pay the utility besides they are the ones using it not the landlord. Ofcourse, the bills is always shared among us every month to be paid before they disconnect us.

Utility bills should be paid by the person who uses incurred the bill and also utility bills cannot be charged alongside the rent because it is only what you used that you will be billed for.

Well. It ultimately boils down to the lease agreement between the landlord and the renter. When you rent a house via an agency, however, the utility bills are almost always paid by the tenant.

It relies upon the details of the tenant contract. It is ordinarily a factor of whether the unit being leased has its own utility meter(s). On the off chance that it does, I would anticipate that the tenant contract should accommodate the occupant to have the utilities for which the unit is independently metered to have those utilities put for the sake of the inhabitant and for those utilities to be charged straightforwardly to the occupant.

Depending on the provided of these utilities. If it's general, in the sense that they're supplied centrally and no one gets or subscribes independently, then they can be charged with the cost of renting the house.

Every landlords should be wise enough to Carter for utility bills.
It is very simple to avoid strangers managing your estate business.
Write down all the expenses down and add it to their rent and begin to pay all this bills every month because that is your company.
Here in my country the landlord does not pay the utility bills, every tenant pays their own bills based on how they make use of it. If it's an estate, there might be a specific amount for all tenant to pay.

Utility bill should be taken care of by the tenant and should not be charged with rent because Utility bills are charged according to the consumption and if it is charged with rent it will be fixed, and tenant may consume more than that.

Utility bills should be borne by the person using them, since most bills are estimated based on the rate of consumption. This will make it fair to both parties to avoid over or under billing the tenant.

Tenants are to pay for what they need in the location they are leaving, you can't really consume so much electricity or Wi-Fi when you are not ready to also pay. Well over here that's how it works.

When bills are registered in the tenant’s name, the tenant is responsible for paying them from the date they move into the property. However, they are not responsible for any debts left behind from previous tenants. It’s important for tenants to check the meter readings on move-in day so they can supply their energy providers with the correct readings at the start of their tenancy.
That should ordinarily be the case here, but in most cases it is not so,because i have a friend who suffer similar fate,he has to pay for the utility bills the former tennant left behind.

The tenants should be paying for utilities as they use it. Don't make a mistake of integrating it into the rent with the level of inflation going on. The easy way is to appoint one of the tenants to coordinate those utilities.

I do not thin k there should be any confusion in this, it is the renter who has to pay the utility bills like internet, water, electricity, etc. The owner has to make these services available and the renter should be paying the bills.

I think that when it comes to paying the bills each tenant and landlord are responsible for their own bills. In certain cases, the metre reader might be the same and this may cause issues.

To avoid issues, each apartment should have their own meter. So that when you don't pay your bills, you would be automatically disconnected by the service provider. This makes everything so easy.

In my country, this question often generates curiosities and rifts between property owners and tenants. In most cases the utility bills such as electricity, water, WiFi are charged differently from rents. The tenants cater for the utility bills while in some cases the bills are charged with the rents.
From my own perspective, I believe utility bills should be charged with rents.
To you following this thread, who should pay utility bills?

I think this depends on the agreement that the owner of the house has with the people who rent the house. My landlord pays the utility bills and my friend pays has in another house
