When should the staff give his employees bonuses?

Giving out free products instead of cash is also a good idea. However, I think that majority of the employees would prefer receiving cash because cash allows them to purchase whatever they want.
Giving of cash is also the best as I see. It allows people to buy what they needs. Because sometimes giving out products may not really be what they need and that particular period of time. This may not solve their problems

Giving cash as incentives to employee is equally good because it is a sort of compensation for the job well done and it will encourage employee to do more.
 
Well a staff should be given his bonus any time at any moment to make it to be a surprise to him whenever he's doing his work and that will encourage him and boost his morale for period of time.
 
Well personally I dont really think there is any specific point in time that free gifts should be given to employees but it should not be on a regular basis but in such a way that will motivate them to work more harder than ever.

Actually given of bonus to employees, should not be made known to them but it should comes as a surprise and it should not on a regular basis but on timely basis just to get them motivated.
 
Yea, Some kind-hearted businessmen and women are always contributing and giving free gifts to employees who have contributed positively to the growth of the business , while others do not see it that way. It's depends on people

It is a very good thing to practice because when you continue to give freebies to the employees you are showing empathy and you are telling them that they are important for the business.
 
i used to work in a company that gives us a certain benchmark, once you reach that benchmark then automatically you would be given a very unique reward, so we all strived to reach that benchmark on a daily basis.

Once the employees doing very well they should be compensated properly because it is one of the ways to tell them that they are performing creditably well and if they do more it will attract more gifts.

you are definitely correct, there was a time in a specific company i worked in place a specific target that if you met, you are entitled to some form of reward, i remember we all strived to reach that target because of the reward attached.
 
You do not necessarily have to do this all of the time, but just create time and do it even if it is once in every 6 months, as this will go a long way to serve as a motivation to the people who are working for you.

Only a specific number of people will understand this . Other people may not really care , they just believe that everyone has to pass through all the difficult process they had passed through to succeed. People with this mindset always have difficulties in helping others.
