When is the best time to sell off a property that I have invested in as a real estate investor?

Of course once you realize that you have made enough profit and you realize that there is a huge demand on houses, so you make some profit from that investement and sell it for a decent price,

I am talking about that period when a lot of people are celebrating the season and won't mind spending an extra cash on new buildings. Work on that and use it to your advantage.
 
You can sell it off when you finish building it as that is the norms and you can wait as our money is disvalued for now and sell it when you see the currency getting better.
Added to this is that you can decide to sell of the property be it landed or housing when there is an increase in the price of property in that domain.
Real estate business doesn't necessarily mean that you have to build or develop the said property first you can decide to invest in landed property only and sell as at when due.

I do not think there are certain rules that guide when a person can decide to sell his or her properties. But I'll say the best time depends on the owner of the property. When you think it's profitable for you to sell off your invested property, it's your choice and you're good to go.

i do not believe in the selling of properties as long as it is a high income properties like housing but if situations warrant selling the properties for better offer or betterment of life,then it is encouraged and the properties can be sold when there is increase in the sales of the property

Well , if it is an Real estate then you should really wait till the price of the property goes high or try to give it on rent , it would really generate you a lot of income.
