I think a picture being the best or not is to be judged by individual as everyone has different sense of judgement. yes that's true ,picture are the best way to be judged by individuals ,some of the pictures might be funny to you ,and to me might not ,so everyone has he's or her point of view ,some pictures are not funny while some are .

mine was not actually a very great picture, but one that left me mortified, it was a picture of a little girl with cancer that was used to scam people of there money via making donations on youtube, i was shocked that people could go to such extent.
