Alright, maybe I don't understand what you meant initially but since it's not more than 15 minutes of work that you are able to earn from the website, then it's definitely worth it.
Yeah , it is not heavy work like other bitcoin or crypto faucets , the ads are not annoying as well. But the problem with cointiply is they have a gambling section / multiplier which haunts me everytime , I lose some money to it when I almost reach minimum cashout.

I never earned anything from Toloka because it never provided me offers and I think it was because of my location. You will definitely earn if you reside in a Tier 1 country, as many people in Tier 3 countries are not able to earn from this app.

Actually, I have been on this platform for years now but I never managed to make money from it because then it's not possible to earn money from it but recently I believe it's possible.

Maybethe reason you were not able to make a single dime from them was that because your account was not verified and what you have to do is for you to message the admin and ask him to verify to verify your account and then you can start earning.
