Well, this is one of the most common problem in many workplaces. There are many companies that might be paying you $15 per hour, but they expect you to work for them as if they are paying you $50 per hour! I have also worked in such kind of company as well that paid me less and expected me to perform exceptionally. In such kind of scenario what should you do in the end?

U think the best thing to do is to meet such employer and demand a pay rise. You're not just going to ask for pay rise. You'll let your employer see the need why he or she need to increase your wages.

If you are required to work more but receive less pay, you can start looking for a better-paying job and once you find the job you can resign from the existing job. You can also talk to the employer to raise your pay rate

I spoke to my former employer about the workload and the poor pay. He told me that the future is bright. That I should take the sacrifice for the time being. I promptly started making my plans and I left his organization. I can't mortgage my life for his organization to grow.

It's crucial to let your employer know if you believe they are expecting more of you than they are paying you for, and you should try to bargain for a higher salary. You should be ready to defend your position by citing past achievements, demonstrating the value you add to the organization, and having a clear awareness of the going rate for your line of work.

To be very honest with you, this is one of the reason why I don't have any long-lasting loyalty to any business or any company that I'm working for because they will always use you for what they want and not what you want.

It is why whenever I get another option to work in a company that pays me better, I will always resign and move on to another company.

There is nothing to do than giving him his expectations then this builds your reputation and this can help you to secure great job that pays well in the future. Someone shouldn't because of low pay to reduce the quality of his skills.

These is one of the serious problems or challenges that alot of employees are facing at their work place.

You will have nothing to do about it than to work based on how he wanted it just to satisfy your need.

It may be necessary to speak with the employer in order to come to a conclusion or agreement. It is critical to handle this discussion responsibly and to provide concrete instances of the duties performed and the remuneration offered.

That kind of organization can never get my loyalty as a staff. If I just manage to stay there because of lack of options, my stay there would be half hearted and I would be focusing on finding something else better than that to do. I would leave immediately I get a better offer that is concrete.

It is very bad. If I try to make a complaint and there are no changes, I will just do it for a little time till I have gathered enough money to start up something for myself too.

In many cases, the employer or the manager could not do anything. This is because there is a lot of monopoly involved when it comes to pay rates. This is why many people switch career as well.

I have not experienced this before, but if it happens, then I would lay my complaints to him, and let him see reasons for him to increase my payment since he wants high input from me. If he doesn't accept, I would be on a lookout for another job.

Yes you're absolutely right by saying this, this is one of the biggest challenge we are facing, at the end of the day when they are not paid as expected they tends to change career.

It means the employers wants you to be over working yourself while he's paying you just tiny little amount of money as salary , I will rather just leave and start at least a small business.

I've never been in this situation but if my employer expects me to work more and pays me less. I would talk to him about it because i believe nothing is going to change if i'm silent about it.

It's crucial to be open and honest with your manager. Set up a meeting and inform your manager that you feel you are on the verge of employee burnout due to the increased workload and lack of remuneration. Explain that while you want to work well with others, you also want to receive a fair wage for your efforts.
