This all depend on good communication skills and how best you can convince your client to buy your product because the client wants to hear facts and what you have to say so I'm so you must convince them.

A realtor is supposed to have certain qualities in other to become successful and win over clients. One of the basic skills they need is good communication skills, in other to make the clients understand what's being said to them.
