Except the location is a very busy place, I don't think its possible to make $20 everyday by dealing on only foods and beverages alone. I think it might be better to diversify into other products as well.
True but whatever you plan on going into as well also has to be based on the location. It would be best you make proper research on the things that move in that location, find out their problems and wants then create a solution for it.

Yes I believe the location is any important to the success of any business. The business might excel if there's no competition or market close by and you could make enough profits on the products.
That's true, but I would advice not to rely on finding a place without competition, cause even when you do find such a place, it's only a matter of time. Once people starting see how successful the business is for you, they would want to also give it a try, hence the beginning if competition in that region.
You have made a good point. Right now in my surroundings, I have observed that there is no meat seller or abbatoir around. Yet, nobody has even thought of going into meat business and everyone still heads to the market which is very far away.
You can imagine, but once someone starts selling meat within that area, after some months others would want to give it a try, before then some would start asking questions, like where you got the meat from, how much you bought them, they are just looking for information to start their own.
Things like that are surely bound to happen. I know that if I start that kind of business now, many people will immediately set up similar businesses. Everyone is just waiting for another business idea to capitalize on.
That's right, and the funny thing about this is that they would even do it better than you if care is not taken. Cause they have been observing you, definitely they would have noticed some of your flaws and would work on it.
