We people have our own greatest fear in life even the thoughest person you know experience fear. The most common fear of people are:
Arachnophobia is the fear of spiders and other arachnids.
Ophidiophobia is the fear of snakes.
Acrophobia the fear of heights.
Aerophobie the fear of flying.
Astraphobia the fear of thunder and lightning.

I think losing people in my life that I love is the biggest one - I can't imagine anything happening to my husband or kids, it would break my heart.

I'm also really scared of mice/rats or other rodents.

My greatest fear also is to lose someone who is special to me. They are my loved ones and friends. I just can't afford on losing them. I am also afraid of losing my job because I don't know if I could still find a decent one if I lose it.

My greatest fear is to be bitten by a snake. I really fear snakes and I have seen people dying from snake bites. There is a certain documentary I watched whereby, a certain village was infested by big snakes. It was very sad that this snakes have bitten so many people in that village, and yet this people do not vacate. I also fear death, but it is inevitable and there is nothing that can be done about it.

I think for me the quick sand. This is the most scary thing for me, if you ever be trapped at middle of the quick sand and no body there to help you, even you want to escape and had a great vision and idea how to escape, but you really helpless and really need someone to help you. This also applicable in real life.

Snakes. I absolutely hate them so slimy, plus they bite. I also don't really like cats . I have friends who believe that cats are witches living one of their nine lives as cats. This makes me cringe, when I see them especially when I see cats with funny colored fur or eyes. I actually belief maybe by association that cats are truly evil. I try to stay as far away from them as possible. I also don't like bulls, I think they can trample you to death so I stay, far far away from them.

Well, among all these fears that you mentioned about above, I have none of them as what plagues me. I don't even think that my fear comes with any botanical name because I haven't seen any known special name for it.

My fear happens to be the fear of getting broke or bankrupt. I can't live without money and the thought of finding myself in such situations scares me to death.

My biggest fear is death. I lost my mom when I was two years old and my dad when I was 15 years old. Had the the fear when I was young and it takes a toll in everyday life. :/

Other then death I don't even worry to much about that, Yet again I have no idea what my fears are at all. Seems weird but I think there are allot who doesn't fear nothing.

Missingsupperaphobia. My life would stop rotating on its axis if I were late to get my supper.
Lostpaycheckaphobia. Getting my paycheck, only to lose it and have to go through the red tape of the finance office.
Madewifemadatmeaphobia. The direct result of missingsupperaphobia, where my dear wife spent her good time cooking and I didn't show up.

My greatest fear really is losing my saviour Jesus Christ because of the sins I have committed against him , be it small or big. And to counter this fear, I do a lot of praying everyday because in that way I am able to communicate with the Lord. I have depended on Him alone many years ago when I was left with almost nothing and he slowly helped me to rise again. Faith works, folks. It does 100%.

I'm afraid of heights, spiders, snakes, flying with a plane, getting in the open sea and maybe thunders. Also, losing people which you love is a very bad thing which I can't stand.
