This days estates are being robbed almost on a daily basis and this seem not to be abating anytime soon. Seeing that these estates made their own security plans but they still get attacked by armed robbers means their security plan is not working.
Now what are the best security plan that estates can apply or introduce?

The best security strategy is to contact a very good private security firm, the get the local police involved to supervise the private security firm you have engaged.
Also the residents of the estate must be willing to cooperate with security personnel for optimum security, for checks and search at the entry and exit point on the estate.

Redesign your safeguards

A high number of casualties (60%) in the ABS research refered to an entryway or window had been harmed or altered in endeavored break-ins, so it pays to put resources into fortifying these protections. A strong center entryway with a stop, for instance, is more earnestly to power, grilles and shades keep robbers from breaking in through windows, and a peep opening or lockable security screen can help keep thieves out.

Strict rules and regulations by the inhabitants of the estate. They can make it compulsory that no stranger is allowed at certain hour and also involve private security firm.

When we were new in our village there was a warning from the authorities that there are thieves attacking homes about twice a month. That is a high occurrence according to the police. Fortunately the house we bought has a high fence. There was no CCTV yet during that time (or maybe it is very expensive) so what we did was to put a pilot light in the garage, another in the front yard and also in the backyard. The 4th night light is the one in the terrace. Those 4 night lights around the house kept us safe from burglars for many years. Now we also have a CCTV with 4 cameras which made our home safer.

Although security for real estate areas must be always tailored to the concrete needs, some risks are shared. Having installed cameras at the main doors and running an automatic visitor management system will let you keep records of all people who get in and out, be it permanent residents or delivery persons. It’s easy to issue and set one card to access the lobby area and leave it to the tenants to organize the apartment security system as they need.
Electronic access control helps you set 24/7 monitoring of all events. Events include not only visitors, but also intrusion detection systems, integrated fire alarms and other sensors

Even though security personnel are humans and equally have their limitations just like everybody else, but some are more better trained that others and understand how to read situations and provide more high-level security than others. This is where private security companies come in, most of these outfits hire ex-military personals, so they really know what security is about.

Very easy and simple. Firstly,Protect the perimeter. Implement access control. Optimise intercom systems. Safeguard against remote jamming. Use camera technology. Protect individual units. Install external beams.

Firstly is contacting a good security company for cameras... In hidden coners.... A provided telephone system among the people living in the estate, accurate records of people working inside the estate to keep track of strangers.

I feel, in the first place let all the occupants be notified of the terms and conditions that are to be implemented. What are the terms?
There should be a fence with Bab wires, there should be a security man and any unknown face should not be allowed in until with the consent of the person he or she wants to visit.

It depends on the location and the country you are if you are in the western country then you can involve the police or other security agency but if you're in Africa please do not involve any police you can get a private security personnel that is willing to work and pay him and he will deliver a good work for you, for better security you can have up to five or ten private security personnel and your work will be handled with ease.

Install lighting inside and around every entryway, including outdoors to both illuminate your path and also make it difficult for any burglar to hide in the dark. Motion detector-type lights have proven to be effective crime deterrents, and they are easily affordable. If you have a security fence, make sure to also install motion sensor security lights around that area as well. Double check your security gate to make sure it has a secure locking mechanism

Investing in a land is far more profitable than investing in a house because land always appreciate compared to a house which sometimes depreciate or not but doesn't appreciate at all

They should a community that should oversee security improvement, and stop activity theft in their environment. Because if they fail to come in consensus concerning their present situation. They will keep on experiencing the same menace of Constantine robbing by thugs.

The estate needs to employ the services of a security company, a reputable one. Also they can initiate thorough confirmation of people's identity before they let them in through the gate. If they see a stranger, they should ask what his mission is and who he's going to see. After which they can call the resident/host to confirm.

The best security strategy for protecting a real estate property is to do the best you can of preventing armed robbers and burglars from entering their houses. I would suggest getting a good security firm and hiring some of their guards that will guard the houses both day and night, then advising each house owner to get good security dogs to guard their own individually, after all the guards can only try their best but cant cover everywhere. Then finally you should get the local police involved to supervise the private security firm you have engaged. Addition of electronic devices that can help secure your homes can be included.

The best security plan for an estate is to have their own security personnel that would be responsible for the estate. The security outfit must stateside in away that would prevent armed robbers from invading the estate. There should be a shift amongst the personnel so as to effectively discharge their duties. Some would work in the morning, another in the afternoon while a batch will work at night. That way, robbery would reduce.

One thing that I've seen that works well is proper lightning.

The use of lights with motion sensors is proven to work well to discourage thugs and thieves.

The community can also organize their own defence or hire private firms to help at night.

I recommend that you hire a private security guard, otherwise you can go to a security company. In my country, surveillance companies hire trained personnel, with dedicated courses and studies for this purpose. I think they are the most appropriate people for the situation you are presenting on the farm

Physical security addresses actions you can take to protect buildings, property, and assets against intruders. When designing a physical security program, the three levels you need to protect are your outer perimeter, your inner perimeter, and your interior. If you can implement two or three forms of security at each level, then you will more than likely have an effective physical security system.
