What helps you think of new topics?

So when you are posting on forums, what inspires you to come up with a topic that doesn’t already exist, to ask the community? Is it that your wanting to know the answer to something in specific, or got inspiration from elsewhere?

both them, sometimes I find myself in a situation where I need an answer or a consult from my friends here. In some times, I read or search for some topics and get motivated to post the topic here too to see the reactions and the replies of our members.

I have my own questions that come to my mind and I'm looking for a solution. Then, I create topics about them in the forums.

Besides that, I think and research on the audience. What questions or problems could be on their minds?

Usually, when I am asking a question I am just looking for feedback and answers. Sometimes someone else will ask a similar question on the forum that causes me to have a question pertaining to either and answer they got or branching off from their question in a different direction.

Thinking about new topics could be tricky. i think that you need to be innovative and creative in order to think about new topics. I always take some time to think about new topics all the time and I usually come up with an idea.

I think my motivation to ask questions stems from real life situations I encounter on a daily basis, and my innate desire to question many things going on in different aspects of life ranging from business to technology

When there is an old topic then people will repeat the same stories and also discuss many subjects not related to topic itself and then there will be a 7 or 8 subjects on a topic of 20 pages of replies that it is not suitable to forum owner.

Well, i don't own a forum of my own so i don't need to create new topics but i feel both wanting to know the answer to something and getting inspiration from somewhere motivates one to post new topics on one's forum.
