What do you do when you can't agree a price with a buyer when selling a property

You've listed a lot of points above that are very accurate. Another thing to do is to convince them of what they stand to gain; a lot of people just see the present and the costs they'll incure - sell them the benefits, not the property.
 
I will give them time to consider the property because if the area and land do not meet the buyer's criteria and the land is unsuitable, I will not sell my home.
Because property values fluctuate on a daily basis, I am unable to sell my home or land for a very low or no payment.
We should wait for a nice buyer to come along and purchase our home.

I am not actually an experienced personel when it comes to selling properties to other people. But to my experience in other areas of marketing, I think that I will try to convince the buyer...if not, not for sale.

I think one approach that can be taken is to enumerate the flaws in the house and proceed to explain to a customer why the value of the house must go down because of that. Also, you must use a little psychology to try and convince the customer that selling at that price will not open themselves up to a potential buyer.
 
You dont have to rush when selling your properties or when negotiating with buyer , you have to let him know that you are offering him the best and the cheapest price , just give him more time to think about it .
