Yes these are also some of the problems I too experiencing in my country because the issue of this light and internet connection is very very poor and that is affecting those who are involve in forex trading.

My suggestion is that there are some virus on either your laptop or there is virus on the file which you downloaded the software from.

I also beleive that if you contact your broker the issue can be rectify can you tell me the broker which you are trading with.
