Based on what is obtainable in my country,I thnk one of the conditions to be fulfilled to become pensionable is that you must have worked for a period not shorter that tem years

In my country, as a government worker, you are eligible for a pension after you have completed a thirty five year service. I think that's the basic criteria for a pension.
