As it stands now, one major problem facing agriculture I'm my country and even in Africa is lack of technical know how, because most of the educated ones are not into Agriculture leaving those who do not understand the technology to improve agriculture in the sector.

Most people in the rural settlement lack the required money that is necessary to start up agricultural business and this is one of the problem that faces a lot of agricultural sectors here in Africa, disease and crop pest is also a challenge.

One of the reason facing agriculture in my clime is the access to modern farming impliment,the use of old methods of farming and lack of access to soft loans to buy seedlings is another problems.And the land system in place that does not allow access to large expanse of farm land is also another factor that hampers food security.
