I think you should get ads from Twitter itself because there are so many users on Twitter you will find ads from there very easily and secondly they are also the best for your program.

You can use the both but if you were asked to choose, I will recommend Facebook because almost 90% of the world are on Facebook , so it will be easier to promote your market there.
