To what level should an employee respect his owner?

Respect should go both the ways. However, unfortunately, many employers do not think that way and they think that their employees may not deserve respect and this is a really bad thing.
If the owner of the business is not respecting the employee is, it is the beginning of the downfall of such business because they are the Pinnacle of every organisation.

Obviously a wise employer know that if they treat employees badly, then the employees will eventually leave, but still many employers believe that they are entitled.

Personally I believe respect is always respect no matter how small a person is, you must have to respect him as your boss. to a greater extent if you really want to be respected by someone around.
Yeah that is why people do says, respect is reciprocal. So everyone should learn to respect one another wether the person is your Boss or he or she is your colleague at work.

When employees leave a company regularly or constantly it is definitely going to affect the smooth running of organisation and it will also affect the intake of more employees.

This is exactly what should be done because what is necessary in an organisation is to keep the employees and always make them happy to work , but when your employee is leave constantly it will affect the productivity of your company.

The owner of the business is the first citizen of the organisation, so he or she must be respected accordingly , so as a worker if you want to be working in a relaxed environment, you must respect the owner .

Well any boss or business owners that has a very good moral standard of doing business or governing an organisation he or she will be given the maximum respect he or she deserves.

Respect his owner? Maybe I am not grasping the question here but this sounds like the employee is a slave and the boss is the owner! lol

Or do you mean the owner of the business?
I am of the opinion that respecting your employer does not necessarily mean that you must have to look like a slave but instead it is just a way of trying to show that gap

A business owner deserves maximum respect from their employees. It doesn't make sense to look down on someone you are working for. This would lead to problems in work place.
Everybody is there so that the business can be able to grow and this is something that I highly agree with because if there is maximum respect everybody is going to be happy and do his job well.

There is a moral standard that should be adopted in the business community. This is really what is needed in order to ensure the adequate respect in the company.

The business etiquette demands that the subordinate should respect to superior at work places. This is why it is necessary for the employees to respect the owner of the business very well.

Employees are always expected to respect their owners, it doesn't really matter how old the person is, if he or she is ahead of you make it as a duty to respect them.
Taking instruction is one of the major reason people are employed in a business venture that is why respecting your superiors is important. It is important you take instruction from them but that does not mean you should asslick them.

Any boss that has a good moral standard of living and doing business with either his customers and his worker, he or she will gain a very good maximum respect he deserved because of his attitude.

Yes, but there are some companies that regularly hire employees and I have also seen such kind of company where they hire and fire employees on daily basis, so this is a part of their hiring process and this does not bother them that much.

When the company is known to hire and fire employees incessantly, the reputation of the company is at stake because no one would want to work with them anymore.

Very true. A business owner should have rules and regulations that governs the business so that the employee knows what to do and what not yo do. Besides as an employee; you know there are some certain limitations and boundaries you shouldn't cross.
Of course, respect is good and the employee should respect the owner and therefore, the owner should also respect the employee.

It is just something that is reciprocal. As a business owner you should have rules and regulations in your business and when you feel that your employee is not representing your interest then you should lay the employee off.

If an employee feels that he or she is not getting value for their work they should also leave the business and find out that ways of making money for themselves.

That's true, remember they owns the business you are expected to follow their lead's and instructions, as a employee you are expected to submit to your bosses.

If an employee is disrespectful to his boss, such employee should be shown the way out because he will not obey the rules and regulations of the business and will not be submissive.

That's true, dishonest employees are not expected to be kept for a long time, my reason for saying that because there's nothing you can do to make it up to them they will still be disrespectful.

Probably, the punishment for every rule broken in the business should also be clearly written so that employees will be very careful with how they do things in a business environment.

Definitely, it is their businesses and they make rules and regulations in which the employees must follow because they are paying them. They know what to do to make their business successful.
