The business of running a school.

One of the delicate businesses to run is a school. You have to balance running it like as full fledged business with profit motive and providing service that is beneficial to society.

What are the key factors to balance as school as a business and providing social service.

I don't have that experience. However, my spouse is a teacher, and based on what I hear a school is a profitable business. It might take years before you started profiting, though.

One of my colleague's uncle is running a primary school up to 5th Grade and its a very profitable business so if you have knowledge then you should go for it.
