This is why the regulating agencies of betting will say play responsibly. Thy already knew that some will get addicted to it and will be carried away which is quite bad
I'm not exactly suprised because I see a lot if younging who wants to make it big real quick,no body wants to take the longer route anymore

I think there is some relationship between pandemic and sports betting business. According to some sources, gambling increased a lot during the covid-19 pandemic. I am not sure what was the reason behind this. People should not risk their money during such times!
The thing is that there is nothing that anybody would tell people that are playing betting games that will make them to play responsibly because they'd better not fitting in actually has a spirit behind it that whenever you are playing it it takes a hold of you and you can think logically anymore.

I think there is no correlation between the pandemic and the increment and the rise of sports betting companies but what is actually causing all these increment in sport betting is as a result of the high level of unemployment that is now endemic in most part of the world.
Well, if you do a Google search, you will find that sports betting did increase during the pandemic period. I really do not know what was the main reason behind it, but it did increase a lot. Some sources have stated that people got involved in gambling due to financial problems and they were willing to risk the capital they had. It is quite strange thing!
In a sane environment teenage are not allow to bet or gamble. if they are not sure of your age they will ask for your ID but here in Nigeria you see underage boys going into sport betting shops to bet and nobody is stopping them.

Unfortunately, this is true. Gambling money is quite easy because there are a lots of platforms that allow a person to gamble their money and I think this is also leading to addiction. People gambled their savings dring the lockdown and most of them went into deeper financial troubles as a result of losing money. I do not know why would anyone risk money during such times?
It's just the craze which is getting generated with advertisements in TV on gambling and betting sites , in our country , example like Dream11 fantasy game. People get inspired by ads on TV and try to gamble only to lose at the end. But gambling occasionally with calculated risks involved can be done with any amount which can be afforded to lose.
