It is not exactly $0.01, its written up to $0.01 means ads value $0.01 or less.
Ads value are not fixed. You will get 10 to 20 Ads with different values.
I think it will be available to all countries. If you still want to confirm you can raise a Support Ticket.

0.01$ per click? That seems to be too good somehow. This is a good way to earn money. I just hope it is available to all countries and the ads do come handy. I don't usually trust PTC sites though.

Truth of the matter is that most of the paid to click sites out there are scam or they are simply just too difficult to earn from. Have you had any experience with any paid to click site before?

I have mentioned up to $0.01 Per Click.
That does not mean $0.01 Per Click.
For Standard user Ad value are low $0.005 and for upgraded members $0.01.
As a Standard member you can earn if you get direct referrals else earning is slow.
Also you can take RR to earn more.
