Yes you're right, even though it requires so much time, but I'm pretty sure that in as much as you can reach out to customers, then there's no reason to give up on reaching customers via chat.

If it's possible then why not? I think it's one way someone could use to establish and nurture their seller customer relationship but it would really b difficult to hold such chat with your customers.

Young people like chatting than calling. There are sometimes that I called customer support but I can't explain my question or complaint very well with words. But I'm chatting I always explain everything intoto.
