He was generalizing it because there is no specific word that refers it to offline business alone. However it is not everyone that are interested to start an offline business now.
Personally I operated and run my business myself without seeking any third party assistant.
So if you dont have the knowledge and skills on any feild of business of specialization then seek for help or attend seminar on that.

At the moment I don't own a personal business, be it online or offline, last year I can remember I had a offline business but it's no really rewarding, I just left it.

Did you bother to check what made it not be successful?. I think this is what you need to do and you can actually go back to it. When you are running a business you need to be very persistent if you want to succeed.
Yeah that's true, is just that I have no interest in the business anymore, you know sometimes you'll have this thing, having no interest on it again, for now I want to focus online before to setting up another offline business.
if you do not have interest in a particular business venture of the best thing for you to do is to look for another business. If you do not have the passion to succeed in a particular business again it will be very hard for you.

Yes exactly, there are many and thousands of Businesses nowadays, the only thing you need to do is to have good knowledge about what you are going for, and then you are good to go.
sometimes practical experience is also very much important for you to succeed in any business venture. That is why I always advise going into mentorship and apprenticeship before venturing into a business.

Giving your business to someone that is trustworthy is the best thing, but if you give your business or entrusted your business in the hands of someone that is not trustworthy, you will have yourself to blame.
Actually running your own business is the best thing everyone will every be hoping for and interested in it. you have the financial opportunities to improve the standard of your living at the best time.
