There are so many benefits of getting involved in real estate business because a lot of companies that are into real estate and making millions of dollars on monthly basis.
You are right that real estate is costly that you cannot engage if you do not have a big capital. In fact, I have my savings resting in the bank because it is not enough to buy a real estate whether a lot of a property. Right now I am still waiting for some money to arrive so I can buy real estate.

For the purpose of retirement real estate investment is the best. I agree that it is a huge investment that not anybody can afford. In fact, I am one of those who cannot afford although I am just waiting for more funds to augment my savings and I would buy a lot or a farm land.
