That might be actually be a good question to ask. This is because most jobs come with added benefits like provision of accommodation and other things so you need to find out.

I understand these might all be important questions to ask the business owner. However, I feel the role the employee is going to play will be well stated on his job description. He can ask questions on it if he needs clarifications at any point in time.

The main issue is that many employers never clearly mention the job description. In many cases, you do not even get to know what kind of job you are applying for and this does happen a lot.

The simple formula about going about this is to ask the interviewer questions that you are generally going to ask them on your first day of work and it is going to show her professional you are.

I think it is better to get a job description first before asking any questions. Most times, new employees are given orientation about the organization on their first day of resumption of duties.

It will even be interesting that you should ask them about why the person who was previously occupying the role had to leave so that you can know about it and about the company.

Excessive questioning could give a really bad impression. This is why you must ask question on the point and it is much better to ask two questions at a single time. This would give the interviewer an impression that you are keen to learn new things and you are interested as well.

Asking questions from an interviewer is really important, it helps you to know more information about what you are about to going for, I'll also like to ask lots of questions depending on the kind of business or company I'll be working for.

Yes, but the question must be logical and to the point. Asking a lots of question may make your employer reconsidering you for the job and this might have a big impact on your job selection.

That's true, your questions will determine how serious you are, that's why it is always advisible to ask your interviewer, I'm also going for an interview in 3 days time, I'll try to frame my own questions when they are done asking me. What do you think?

In my own opinion , you should not be asking unreasonable questions from your interviewers, if you need to ask a question , you shoukd ask the question that will boost your chances of being selected .

Majority of the interviewers are very judgemental and this is why they take your questions seriously. They may negatively view many of your questions and this is where you may need to be careful.

Yeah that's exactly the point, you don't have to ask unreasonable questions ask questions that will make them think you have lots of interest on the company or organization.

I really do not think that any applicant would ask unnecessary questions. I have been interviewed many times and I have only asked basic questions related to the job.

The trick to this is that you should ask the interviewer questions that you would normally ask on the first day of work. This is going to show that you have done your own research.

Have you tried to ask the interviewer how the average work life is and why the previous person left the role. This is going to demonstrate just how what you are passionate about working with them.

The questions you ask your interviewer are as important as the answers you give. It's a chance for you to get to know the company and the people who work there, and for them to get to know you.
Here are some great questions for an interviewer:
  • How does this role fit into the company's larger goals?
  • What do you enjoy most about working here? What do you find most challenging?
  • What's the best part about working for this company or organization?
  • What are some of the ways that employees get recognized and rewarded?
  • What are your top priorities for this position over the next three years?
  • What sort of projects would I be working on in my first year on the job?
  • What would I spend my time doing in a year or two?

The necessary questions to ask an interviewer are basically questions that would add positively to the growth of the business and questions that will clearly state the terms and conditions of the job. I would like to ask the interviewer the scope of my job in the company.

That's true, you are expected to ask your questions related to the job, because there are some interviewer's that won't have interest on your questions. Just ask a job related question.
