Open houses, how often?

The open house is a marketing idea that should be done more often. It will give the buyers more confidence on the property that he is willing to purchase. Thus is basically what happens.
 
When a new condominium opens, there is a regular open house, even before the condominium under construction is completely completed. The open house will remain until all units are sold. Open houses usually only take a few months from the start.
 
I dont really get what you all mean by an open house rhiugh we all know much about houses that are not fenced and are called open house and sometimes it depends on the location and the policy of such locations. because there are some location that the all houses are open.
 
I think that I like the marketing strategy. This strategy will make you a very huge amount of money. This is simply because the buyers are very close to what they wanted to buy.

Open house is the activities done by housing agents whereby they give the intending client and opportunity to come and see it check out the properties for themselves in person before they proceed to make payment.
 
Open house is the best strategy that should be used because it will allow so many people to have access to the house and they will have known the true of the building
The open house system will allow the buyer to have access to whatever they want to buy because they will feel the value of whatever he wanted to buy at the same time.
 
Well, I think it all depends on the schedule, once a week sounds just about right. An open house allows potential clients to have a feel of the houses, once a week could work.
It is actual a good idea that any real estate developer should employ at least for potential house owner to have a view of what they want to buy,a lot of practitioners do that at some schedule time and periods.
 
I quite agree as well. The whole idea is to get a lot of people into the property and thereby increase the chances of those that can purchase the property. Doing it twice a week could suffice.
 
How often would you propose an open house to be? I feel like if you're trying to sell a property, that having an open house viewing helps. I'd say a couple times a week or more would suffice. What is your preference?
Yes it's a great idea once a week or twice is good enough but it also depens on the house locations ant thingslike that in my country you don't really leave house open when it's on sale for some reasons
 
Open house are best in the olden days where insecurity and banditiry is less but in the present age, closed or well fenced houses is the best. I prefer fenced or closed house for security and privacy.
 
This is a digital age and the digital age calls for digital moves to sell properties. I think digital marketing is the best way to bring in new customers, likewise, when the properties are promoted through digital media, it will also be easier for people to discover properties.
 
I dont think there's anything wrong in showing people that wanted to rent an apartment what they are paying for , so once they are ready , then its better to show them what they want .
