In general, a worker in a company/government will find it difficult to start a business, for workers with higher education or university graduates will prefer to invest by buying shares and property.
I agree with you, we all have special talents and skills, some are good at buying and selling which would make good business people while some are good at other things

This is a fact everybody should embrace. Business is actually not for everybody and you people can even make more money in learning a skill and monitizing it than starting a business

You might actually not need to operate bellow potential in whatever thing you are currently doing right now. Even if it is your regular job you have at the moment, you can still choose to operate above board to turn the odds to your favour there too
Yes that is why we all have our own natural talent ,there are somethings that we are capable of doing but other people may not be able to do it because it is not in their own talent and and interest.

Yes some persons have that capacity inbuilt to be able to see oppourtunity and be able to multiply things under scarce and avialable resources and that is one features to tell of a person that will eventually make a good manager of resouces.
Management of resources can actually be a talent but combining talent with education will give hundred percent accurate result .do you really think someone can be a good manager without any academic skill ?
Yeah, am right there with you. People should learn how to maximize their earning potentials, it's not very advisable to settle for only one source of income. As far as the business or work you do gives you time to explore other earning options then it's advisable to take the opportunity

In everything we do to make money online one source is never the best solution so you try as much as possible to have many sources even business when you make profit from one business to diversify to another.

As a retional person it is expected of you to start thinking on how to start a business of your own to earned you a living even though there are numbers of people who are always interested in been dependances.

Definitely like I stated in one post as regards job and establishing a business. There are some people who doesn't have the capacity to build a business(Passion & Consistency), so probability has it that not everybody can run a business.
You're so right, not everyone must start a business. Some people simply don't have the skills too and these days finding someone reliable to manage your business is really difficult. Just improve on whatever you're doing and you're good to go
That is what I have learnt too. Just one source would not be good enough for you. It is best to diversify and try other sources of income that are well paying. Learning a skill would be a good step.

Being a good manager is also pat of it.Your ability to see oppourtunity and know how to leverage on it is another.Your financial discipline and how to be able to come up with a very good strategy on how to get customers is also a good factor.
I agree with this that not everyone will be able to start a business, business was meant for only people who have dedicate their time to plan. Without proper planning it may not be possible.
