Most Difficult Task(s)

Hey guys, what do you consider the most difficult task of managing a forum? Personally, I feel like there's nothing more difficult than trying to be the peacemaker at times. You come into contact with lots of different people with very different personalities, and some people will never get along, no matter what you do. You also have to have the people skills to know how to work with each individual person. Everyone is unique, and they all have different perspectives.

That may be true but you only have to work based on the rules and regulations of the community, you are not blaming anyone for anything that is happening . you just have to settle everything amicably

I think the hardest task is keeping the forum alive because many forums gets boring and many peaple leaves the forum in my opinion but of course I believe there are other challenging tasks like moderation growing your forum and thing like that

I believe the most difficult task whenever you are managing a forum is cleaning spam and plagiarism. They are actually a lot of things that you have to always be on ground in order to remove and it is really not easy.

Lolz, trying to sort out complicated issues between two individuals is the most tiring things to do. Apart from that personally I don't see any other thing for now though I don't have a forums

It is very common to encounter such kind of problems and you may need to solve problems such as conflicts that occur between the two people in order to run the business smoothly.

Settling of disputes won't really be a thing of difficulties for me anymore because of rules and regulation has been made on the platform concerning every problem that may arises.

There are many difficult task in managing a forum sites ,first is by fishing out spam messages and plagiarism which might takes you all day , and the settling of quarrels between two or more members of the same forum site .

Wow, that means a site like bizdustry can't be successfully managed by 1 person to achieve the main purpose without the use of more than one or two moderators ?.
