In our culture the morning sun is very important not really as a superstition but for the vantage point. If your property is facing the afternoon sun then you will suffer the heat until early evening. Another thing is the electric post that should not be on your side otherwise it might block the view and in this tropical country the typhoon may cause the electric post to fall on the property. What other minor things to avoid do you have in mind when buying a house?
Before paying for or buying a house, you should carry out a background check on the house. Try to know when it was built and if there are any loopholes on the property. Check for adequate drainage systems so that you wouldn't be in flooding mess when it rians.

These points that you describe in the thread are of the utmost importance, it should also be taken into account that the house is far from possible landslides, that it is not very close to the road where the cars pass to avoid accidents. Avoid being near a river flow.

When buying a property, there is no minor thing to check out for because I believe all things are essential. You should check for any default in the building like cracks, faded walls, broken pipes etc, to know the worth of what you are buying.

I am not a fan of superstitious belief though maybe because I am a realist. I always look out for things like social amenities and the future plan of government on the area. Also, I check developmental prospect of the area too.

Set goals. be realistic, have a limit... Get a schedule or plan for your business and stick to it. Don't expect that you will just kick off once and it all goes well. Also attend seminars if the need be. Don't touch your capital. Know when you are running on loss and quickly nip it

The supply of water is one of the first items to consider when renting or purchasing a property. It needs to be a sure about whether there is access to water in the house. If not buying drinking water, you will still have to pay a lot of money on water to drink and even go a distance for that either way.

Your home inspector will perform an electrical review, but it won’t cover absolutely everything. Generally speaking, an electrical panel that is neat and organized with each wire and connection clearly marked is a sign of good workmanship,

On the minor things to check when buying a property is the legality of the property. Is it legit. And are the documents complete including CofO. Secondly, the location of the property. Is it a place where people live or the one that is developing. How lucrative would it be if one need to resell? One must see into answering all of these questions.
