I do not want to demotivate you; however, the only problem with being a real estate agent is that you cannot really set a specified target when it comes to making sales or earning commissions. This is because you are not really sure you will be able to make a sale or sell properties for someone else. It all depends on your luck and the quality of services you provide. It also depends on how many houses you have (houses that are available to be sold off) and the quality of those houses. It also depends on how and how many customers you pursue. At least this is how it works in my country.
In order for you to make your sales target in real estate business you need to do some real marketing, you need to advertise your properties online such as using social Media platform.

This is not really a point of consideration because sales of goods or services is not controlled by any man but by the demands , it shouldn't really be a point of consideration if you do not meet up to the demands of what is expected of you as an agent.
One thing you have to understand as a realtor is that most of the times before you can be able to get a property sold you must have device a strategy,you can put your property in real estate magazine,and then work with other realtors.
With the way the housing market is right now, I think a lot of real estate agents are having issues with meeting their target price. But I think every house is overpriced these days, so most are probably meeting their target, that is if anyone is buying from them.

I am not sure what kind of sales target real estate agents have as I have never worked as a real estate agent and I do not know any real estate agents personally. I don't think it is possible to sell a property every week or a month.
