I have been in the real estate agency for long now, I haven't sold any property, and this has got me worried even though I didn't take the estate. Agent work serious but still i still feel like I can never make sales in this business.
I want to take the business seriously now, wonderful bizdustrians, please tell me how I can make my sales target of atleast one property a month.
Meeting sales target is something that gives you this feeling of being an acheiver or a goal getter if some sort. But you and know that it is a daunting task to attain most of the time.
 
The best way to make your sales Target in real estate business is to know the kind of people you are targeting in this business. It doesn't make sense to be advertising Real Estate on a group where by the age range on the group is between 20-30 years. I think you should go with the option of getting commission per sale. It's more flexible than getting a fixed amount monthly with the condition of meeting a specific target. Being a freelance agent allows you to make good options as regards properties and negotiate with the owner. It also gives you more money. You can target affordable and popular properties and market them on social media.
 
Communication skills matters a lot here you need to be able to communicate to other agent and you need to be able to make a good relationship with Rich and wealthy people trust me this will help you a lot in becoming a great agent.

First thing to know as a real estate agent is for you to do more of online marketing than the offline marketing, because you can can go everywhere while doing marketing online,bit with the help of social media you could get more buyers who are intrested in your property I guess.
 
You have to be very good in your marketing technices, because this business involves persuading and convincing your costomers to buy your product.

Estates agency is a professional profession you need to be certified with the necessary certification and training. If you are not getting enough sales to meet your target, meet people who have been in the business to train or mentor you in estate agency.
