I have been in the real estate agency for long now, I haven't sold any property, and this has got me worried even though I didn't take the estate. Agent work serious but still i still feel like I can never make sales in this business.
I want to take the business seriously now, wonderful bizdustrians, please tell me how I can make my sales target of atleast one property a month.
 
It is not an easy task to meet up your target as an estate agent, you work very hard to achieve it.Sometimes you have to go to the extent of going to work places to advertise to people.

Hmm, selling at least one in a month depends on your profile, your expertise in real estate agent sector. You need to live in a developed place where people are crowded. You can only succeed in such business, when you know alot of rich people interested in the acquisition of an old house, and land. Through that you can make money through that.
