Hey, guys!

I thought I'd share a valuable lesson I learned as a young game developer managing my own team and projects.

If someone wasn't hitting their milestones and slowing us down by not working, I tried to pick up the work myself and keep the project progressing at the same pace. Instead what I found works better in another project was adjusting the pace of production around what I could expect from them(As I was stuck with them on a low budget). Not everyone works as hard as we do, so instead of blaming them, put them in a position which allows them to grow and work as much as they can and if necessary, outsource the rest of the workload to someone else if you are on a deadline.

Thanks for reading guys! Let me know any mistakes you've made on a project or something your manager could have done better!

Have an awesome day!
