There is a pretty big writers strike going on in Hollywood right now, and a lot of shows/movies have been put on a temporary hiatus as writers are on strike for better pay. I believe they should be paid better. From what I've heard writers haven't been getting a fair deal for years. Think Netflix and others will pay up?
