Is it wise to use business funds without telling the co founder?

Using the business fund should be an agreement of the co founders. The best thing is to ensure that the partnership deeds clearly states the boundaries of the participating members.

There is actually no wisdom in going about with something of this nature, because it is what lays a foundation for lack of trust within a business, and gradually the business has to fall .

Using such kind of fund, without telling the co founder is at your own risk because anything can happen and you will be the one to be responsible of any difficulties you faced.

Before using the business fund, it should be with the consent of the partners. All the partners must be aware of the incidence and that's perhaps the best thing to do.

One of the most important things about running a partnership business is that there should always be trust between the two of you. You are going to be breaking that if you are not going to be informing your coworker about things like this .

I dont think it's an appropriate idea to do such kind of business and also such risk. Because any failure or damages you will be responsible alone so it's expected you should inform him no matter what kind of business you may run.

This is a clear out of loud and it goes a long way in breaking the trust that has been established, and it will be very difficult to build such trust in business again

Using the business fund without the consent of the business patner is an act of % and embezzlement of company fund which can lead to prosecution of such person.

It is never a wise decision to use the company's fund for personal needs without informing the person that you both started the business or your partner..it is never a wise decision.

To me it is a No, it is totally wrong. Using business funds without seeking the consent of the other co-founders, it can be very catastrophic, it will eventually come out to the open no matter how much you try to cover it up and trust will be lost. It is theft
What if the funds were used towards the growth of the business, but at the time when you got the information about the idea there wasn't enough time to inform you co-founder about u and you had to make the move alone.

Honesty is one of the most important things in a partnership business and as such it is always important that everybody should be accountable. If you have to use any money then it should be with his permission.

Mutual respect is one of the most important things of every business and you should always try to keep that. It is not going to cost you anything in order to inform them or even secure their permission.

Being honest is the most important factor needed between two business partners andnthe act of using business fund at the back of the owner is really not good.

It is not good it is not respectable I would absolutely disagree with such a person who does such a thing. The Co founder is the one who is in control of the funds so doing such a thing without telling him would be a literal theft, since you are wasting money without telling him it would be the same to steal it and buy yourself a watch. He must be a aware of all of your actions because that's his job and you should respect it, not even as an employee but as a human being.

Using the business found without informing the partners is a very bad idea and it could lead to something else or could lead to the breakage of that business because it will lead to distrust

Since it is not your business , you are not expected to use the business fund without telling who are in control and those that manage the afair and the overall progress of the business. They must be aware of what you are doing.

It's not an appropriate thing to do since you are not only the owner of the business , so taking out of the business fund without consulting your business partner I totally wrong which might lead to lack of trust next time.

Personally I think taking such decision is at your own risk because anything that happens after such action, the co founder will hold you responsible because he is not aware of it.

You are just going to be breaking the trust of the person at the end of the day which is not idea if you are a business owner as you are supposed to trust yourself effortlessly.

Using business funds without telling your cofounder doesn't make sense and anyone who is involved in such an act is probably looking for trouble. You need to understand that in a partnership business before any decision is taken the both of you must be aware and agree.
