Your start up need to be well foundered before banks can give you loan there are some project which banks will need accessment before they can finance it , so I think if am able to invest in a new start up I must fine out alot of things about the company,partnership is also good

I don't even need to find out anything. I would just tell you to go and run the business for two years and of it stays stable, you come back and I would finance it with double the amount you are currently looking for.
