Is it still fine to start a pension at age 40?

according to my own point of view I believe it is best and it is right to start your pension at the age of 40 this is because at this point in time you can do anything of your choice and also at this point you have understand your material life.

There is no problem in starting your pension scheme at age 40, well it's never late at that age, you will just have to double your hustle so at to have a reasonable amount of money at the end of your retirement. Starting pension scheme at age 40 is not that an entirely bad idea.

Yes it is alright to begin pension at age 40 the truth is though it is not early but something can still be done at that age. It is fine to start by age 40.

Starting pension at 40 depends on everyones mentality I won't want to say it's a bad thing and I would want to support it but as far as it's for the future it's ok to do them.

It depends on your country. In mine, there is no way you could be up for pension scheme at the age of 40. You have to have completed a certain amount of year's in the service of the country.

For me I am fine with that, the issue is getting a paying work first,na work we de fine,as time goes on we will decide how to go on with the pension funds.

It is never too late to start a penis fund because u are after all saving the money to reuse it when u cant Wo again. The most important thing is that you started

It is not early if you starts your pension plan at the age of 40. With the current economic situation in the country, if a good plan is not in shape before you retired you might start to struggle when you might have retired.

It is better to start late than not to start at all. You are oof course saving for your rainny day so starting your pension fund at 40 is not out of place. Just make sure u start

Are you coming to this age where your pension is starting to panic?
Well, it's really not necessary.

At the age of 40 years, if not more, you still have 15 years to spend money on your future. Pension figures are based on median values and not on individual circumstances. You might not need that much, or you might need more. Time is still on your side however and you have enough time for your finances to be realistic. I am saying everything in our country's instances so I'm quite sure that we guys may differ with that.
Can you therefore share your ideas on this, please? Thank you.
Absolutely not, starting a pension plan at the age of 40 is rather late, I’ll suggest if not a pension putting aside something from your income from age 25 so that when you get to age 40 living will not be hard.

Personally, I believe it is a perfect age to start preparing for retirement by starting up your pension plan. If you start earlier than that, it's more better.

The earlier the better, the only thing is that your pension fund after little would be little compared to if you had started in your early 20s or late 20s .

In my country 40 years is just the starting point in their career via professional job. So how do you think such person will start and retire at same time? Is practically impossible.

Better to start late than never. Starting a pension at the age 40 might be somehow late but at least it's part of the future plan. It is much better to start early since we all know that it's what you have in your pension account that you will fall back after your retirement.

It's okay if you choose to want to start your pension plan at any age. But it is always advisable to start things as early as possible to creat room for better planning. I think you should start your pension plan at age 25 to 30

In my country, age 40 is getting closer to his retirement depending on when he started working. To me, the age is too far but not too late. The best advice I can give is to be saving alongside with his pensions

40 isn't old and there is still plenty of time to take out a pension scheme. I started mine when I was 18 and kept transferring it from job to job although there were times when I had to freeze it. I took out a mortgage when I was 49 and last year paid it off. If I can do that then adding to a pension scheme should be easy.

Well, a little while ago I replied to a thread still relating to retirement.
Well, here in Italy every employee cannot retire before reaching 67 years of age!
But in Italy, for those like me (I'm 46), and also for you who have an age advantage over me, there are still prospects to be able to pay in addition to state contributions, something more towards private agencies , we may one day also have a supplementary private second pension.
This case would be useful for those who, paying just a few years of contributions, would retire with a "starvation" pension!

it's better if you have a younger pension in your 20's and your age because as you get older you will fall into your pension. 40 years old we can still save for a long time.
Though it is highly advisable to start pension as early as possible but starting at 40 is not a crime. It's still better that not starting at all. Starting at that age you already know that the your pension after retirement will be very small.

Starting your pension by 40 might be too late but if you are still having enough working time you can start up your pension.
