Is it Important To Communicate Delay in Salary Payment to Employees?

It's the right of an employee to know the financial strength of the organization he or she works for. Salary is paid for a job done. In as much as an employer expects prior communication from an employee who won't be able to perform his/ her duty, so also an employee deserves to know why his/ her salary will suffer a delay.
 
Sometimes at the end of the month, there is no enough money to go round and instead of keeping mute you should communicate passionately to them.

This reminds me of the time that our company was experiencing tight cash flow that our president had borrowed money from his brother whose office is in the same building as ours. We were given the salary after lunch and everybody was on their toes before that. Fortunately that salary delay happened only once otherwise there might be loss of confidence.
 
There is nothing tricky about this. You just have to communicate this development to your workers on time before the time they'll be expecting their payment to get their minds ready for the delay
