Yes, I believe if you are saying money success. This is because, from the employer's 100 percent profit, he or she pays 10 percent to all the staffs, while leaving the employer 90 percent is for the business growth and him or her self.
That depends on what your definition of financial success looks like, and whether it is worth being an entrepreneur to do so.

Yes, becoming an entrepreneur who knows business have a better chance of making you successful. It's one all entrepreneur who started a new business of their that becomes successful but those who prepared and planned very well before starting.
Not all entrepreneurs succeed. You need to have a resilience mindset before you can think of winning and surviving as an entrepreneur. It is not a path that you follow with a weak heart. So, being able to have that strong mindset can be the deciding factor.
I have always had this mindset that it is going to be very difficult for me to have financial freedom working for someone for the rest of my life.
This was the reason why I had to do everything within my power to start my own business of poultry and fish farming right now. It's a decision that I have enjoyed so much because no job have been able to pay me what I am making from my business.
