The background of an estate agent is very important and not to be underestimated, to avoid future reoccurrence of issues, sometimes you may encounter problem and it may not be your fault.

I don't believe that expert background is needed to succeed in real estate business but it could be a very big boost. However if you are not an expert you can always consult other experts if you need guidance.

Real estate business is very profitable that's true but I think the risk of losing money is so high in that business. The current pandemic has affected the real estate business and the prioce of property has declined in many areas of my country due to pandemic. Maybe purchasing property might be beneficial, as the value of property might rise after the pandemic ends.

I believe that experience might matter when it comes to being a real estate agent or starting a real estate business. An experienced person is well-versed with the matters related to property and investment in the real estate market. However, being an experienced person alone does not guarantee that you will be successful at what you are doing. Even many expert real estate investors end up suffering from a loss.
