That is true because real estate accommodation like an apartment is my dream to have. You can rent it out and earn from the monthly rent while the value of the property is increasing every now and then. Real estate is the most powerful investment that I know.

And they give them rent for AirBNB and similar other sources where you can see that such business can earn them some money on small trickles which is a good earning. And so the earning from such investment may not be much high but earns well enough.

I think investing in small rooms or apartments would be good investment. A university environment would be a good location for such business, as there would be high demand, it is going to sell quickly.

I would rather invest in a condo of an apartment. It might be difficult to get a tenant a small room house. The reason is that majority of the people are looking for a spacious places in a house they are going to rent.
