I don't think it is a bad idea to invest in real estate in a time like this. People will be eager to sell off their properties to cushion the effect of the pandemic and you re-sell at a much higher price in order to make profit.

I think some people are going stir crazy and need a change right now and getting into a new house gives them that change. Then there are people who want to get out of the states that are too restrictive. Many people are leaving the big cities where violence has occurred and I don't blame them.
