Do you like to invest in Real Estate? or do you like to do other type of business? This will also require a lot of money to buy and sell properties. I used to thought once upon a time to open such a real estate site, but later went off as things passed on.

Real estate is such an interesting and such a profitable business, but just like you have said it requires a reasonable capital for a startup. But I think one can always start from buying one or two plot of land, and after two years you can make a good profit which you can invest into the mainstream real estate business.

Well I would actually preger investing in real estate because it I more profitable once you advertise well you will see people to rent and once they've done that you would start receiving your rent year and it is an example of a lifetime business except you decide to sell the estate
